RETURN & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for return/exchange of goods, you must send an email to (karen@risaiashop.com) within 7 days of receipt of goods stating your invoice number, item you would like to return and reason for return. 

Once your return/exchange is recognised, you will need to return item/s in all original packaging, unworn with tags.

For international Returns and exchanges are subject to conditions* and must be received in our warehouse within 21 days from purchase date.

Once an order has been shipped out, we are unable to change the address. Please ensure that you have input the correct and accurate delivery address to avoid any delays. RISAIA is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect address input.

RISAIA is not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred by the receiving country and are payable by the receiver.

After 21 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

local returns must be received within 3 days of receipt of goods.
